After Submission of your application, please make payment by selecting the vendor type from the drop down menu and clicking the "Buy Now" button at the bottom of the page.  You will be rerouted to the PayPal login page.  If paying with PayPal, you will need to log into your account.  If paying with a Debit/Credit card, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal login page.  Thank you.
